What is Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy used to create desired change in the subconscious mind while in a state of deep relaxation (hypnosis) or altered consciousness. The person is completely in control throughout the process but allows the unconscious mind to be open to positive suggestion in order to change or alter negative behaviours or habits or help address certain issues.

The patients unconscious mind will only allow changes to occur that are safe for that person to take place and that will have a positive outcome for that person.

Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment for various conditions and issues.
